Overall progress so far: between 60-70% of the parts are ready for primer, I'll start priming within the week.

Latest updates on the Spartan, got distracted a bit so not as much progress as I'd like.

Evened out the chest vent armor with putty.

Prepared lower torso for thrusters.

RGM-79V GM VTOL is a proof of concept test of additional equipment for the RX-78, RX-79 and RGM-79 series Mobile Suits. Equipment includes Fixed-wing backpack with dual Electric Motor powered variable-direction propellers, 2 shin mounted aerodynamic stabilizers. This Prototype was developed in response to reports of Top Secret Zeon Gouf Flight-type project.

MS-06J Zaku from 08th Team HG RX-79(G) and Zaku set. OOB color Tamiya Acrylics, with snake chain and metal thruster upgrades. Decals from Samuel Decal. First time adding weathering and light battle damage.

This was my entry for the Female Mecha Contest on MMC. Karen Joshua's RX-79(G) GM-Head. It's my first airbrushed mecha kit, and my first modded kit. I used a head from a MG GM kit as a base to make the GM Ground head with pla-plate and tamiya quick-type putty.
